Data deletion

You can delete your Spot account in the app. Sign in, open the Pet tab, then Settings, scroll to Your data, tap Delete account and confirm.

Spot then signs you out. Deleting your account cancels a web subscription. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in your Apple Account settings.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@trainwithspot.com from the address on your Spot account and ask us to delete it. We may ask for details to confirm the account is yours.

What gets deleted

We delete your account right away. If you are the only person in your household, we also delete the household, your dogs, records, documents and photos. If someone else co-owns your household, they keep it and your dogs' shared history. We keep some records longer when the law requires it, such as purchase records, or to prevent fraud.
